Poster Presentation Guidelines
A poster session is a graphic presentation of an author’s research. Authors illustrate their study findings by displaying graphs, photos, diagrams, and a small amount of text on poster boards.
Dimensions
Each poster should be approximately 1×1 M long
Format and Required Information
Poster material should be well labeled and legible from a distance of 10 to 15 feet. The title should be the same as the title submitted with the abstract and appear in boldface at the top. Nouns, pronouns, verbs, and other important words begin with uppercase letters; coordinating conjunctions, articles, and prepositions of 3 letters or fewer should all be in lowercase letters unless they are the first or last words in a title or subtitle.
Poster Printing
Presenting authors should print their physical poster by themselves and should bring to conference hall.
Oral Abstract Presentation Guidelines
Selected abstract submissions will be presented during Oral Abstract Sessions generally lasting for 2 hours. Authors will present their peer-reviewed research in a specific topic area, and presentations will be moderated by experts in the field. A Scientific Overview may be included in an Oral Abstract Session, as appropriate, or a moderator may provide a brief transnational summary at the close of a session. Comediators will introduce speakers and facilitate audience questions.
Presentation Length and Format
Oral presenters will be allocated 20 minutes for their presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers with the audience. If the presentation exceeds 20 minutes, the moderator will shorten the Q&A period that follows the presentation.
Content Slides
Our experience indicates that up to 15 slides are optimal, allowing 1.5 minutes per slide. You may choose to use more than 15 slides, but please be sure to complete your presentation within the allocated 25 minutes. The content slides should give an overview of the research with conclusions and future research direction.
Slide Format
We will support only MS PowerPoint or Apple Keynote. Please ensure that all presentations are in one of these supported formats. High definition (HD) projectors will be used for all sessions. Please apply widescreen formatting when preparing your slides (aspect ratio 16:9; resolution 1920 x 1080).
Slide Submission
Speakers must bring their slides on a portable drive to the Conference hall so slides can be uploaded to the presentation computer. All presenters should bring their slides to the Conference hall at least 2 hours in advance of their presentation.
